 Part 1: Generating more leads from clients you want

In the first part of the programme, we'll look at the critical foundation of lead generation: understanding your ideal customer.

Once you've identified your ideal customer, we'll explore strategies for connecting with potential clients and successfully opening more sales conversations.

With a focus on using effective segmentation, content creation, and automation we’ll help you refine your engagement strategies in order to seal the deal.

You’ll learn how to:

  • Set up email marketing campaigns and newsletters to target and nurture leads.

  • Use bespoke content from events and downloadable guides to demonstrate your expertise.

  • Optimise user journeys using powerful automation tools for effective campaigns without the legwork.

 Part 3: Harnessing CRM to grow your practice revenue

Finally, we’ll look at how Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems can be powerful tools to manage leads and clients.

Discover how to leverage a CRM for sales success and enhance your client service delivery with project and job management, client communication and reporting.

You’ll learn how to:
